Have you given anything up?

Well, that's not exactly a thing I've given up consciously, but I really miss. I can't remember the last time I take a nap. What a nice sensation when you wake up at dinner time after sleeping for two or three hours (of course, I used to take a nap in pyjama and in bed, not in the sofa that get your neck injured all night). Last two years I've been working outside Barcelona, so I don't have time to do it when I arrive at half past six or seven in the evening.
The positive thing is that now, I sleep better at night and I have the sensation I take more profit of those hours before going to bed (as you know I did a narrative course, and also I continue with basketball practices as a second coach this season, of course I could correct exams, prepare activities and all of that school stuff we reach every day).
I don't know if I have to see my cup half full or half empty.

Other things I have to give up:
- Smoking, of course
- My tendence to be messy (I'm working on it)
- Turn up late (tomorrow I arrive punctually at 10, remind me when you'll see me in class)
